American Gas Fireplace Service

• Services of direct vent or non-vent fireplaces and log sets include: cleaning, inspection, maintenance, performance, ember replacement (if required), log placement, and operating education.

       Service fee: $225 *excluding parts needed

• The installation of a direct vent fireplace includes: placement, ventilation, exhaust cap, flashing (if required), gas connection, and start-up.

• The installation of a non-vent fireplace includes: firebox placement, gas connection, and log set-up and start-up. 

​

• Converting wood burning fireplaces to gas fireplaces is another service provided. Call or email to set-up a consultation.

• Remote sales and installation available.
